This coffee is sourced from select growers in Carmo de Minas, Brazil. These naturally processed beans grown at 1000–1300 masl. Only the ripest cherries are picked, carefully screened, and then dried — first under the sun, then finished in mechanical driers — to achieve the perfect balance of body and sweetness.
