Yellow Rooster Coffee Single Origin Cupping Thursday 25 February
An evening with Yellow Rooster Coffee Importers going deeper into coffee processing methods with tasting matching coffees.
Hannah and Ernesto will be showing 3 coffees from one farmer. Jose Giraldo of Cafe 1959.
- Sweet Catiope, Natural Hidro Honey
- Fruit Punch, Carbonic maceration then fully washed
- Mesa Alta, Natural
They will brew up the three coffees for tasting and walk people through the processing of each coffee, discuss Jose Giraldo, his farm and his family story.
We will also be cupping a couple of other specialty single origin coffees as a treat
This will be held at Manual, 233 Heretaunga St E, Hastings 6pm-7.30pm
