Coffee Cocktail making workshop with Andrea Marseglia Friday 26 February
3 cocktail taster and masterclass + mini lesson on pour over and filtered coffee + 1 Negroni at the end of the masterclass and some aperitivo with cheese, olive, sourdough, wild pesto & fig leaf butter + juices and non alcoholic drinks.
The class will be held Manual, 233 Heretaunga St E, Hastings 6pm-8pm.
With a decade of experience in the bar industry, Andrea is an international award-winning bartender with a passion for creating a unique experience in liquid form.
Recently won Supreme Winner of top 50 bar in Auckland and winner of Auckland Gin Jubilee 2019
He worked in Italy, UK, Australia and showcases his set of skills with a series of Guest shifts all over Mexico.
Recently he launched his latest project called: NEIGHBOURHOOD FORAGING.
The ethos of this project is to inspire, educate and teach respect for nature and celebrate the unique uses of forageable flora through contemporary techniques of drinks and cocktails.
